USER AGREEMENT

By entering this web site (hereinafter "the Service"), you certify that you have read, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. ACCEPTABLE USE: The subscription you purchase is for your use only and entitles you to view the content of this web site on a single computer for the length of the subscription. If the Service detects that your account is being used by multiple parties, your account will be immediately suspended or terminated . 2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS: M&I Productions provides its service to you subject to the User Agreement, which may be updated at any time without notice to you. Any changes posted are effective immediately upon posting and may be applied retroactively at the discretion of M&I Productions. In addition, when using particular services, you and M&I Productions shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services which may be posted from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the User Agreement.

3.YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS: In consideration of your use of the Service, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by any form (such information being the "Registration Data") and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or M&I Productions has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, M&I Productions has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof).

4. INDEMNIFICATION FOR UNAUTHORIZED USE OF PROPRIETARY MATERIALS: You agree to be personally liable and fully indemnify the Company and its successors and assigns for any and all damages directly, indirectly and/or consequentially resulting from any attempted or actual unauthorized access, viewing, receipt, transmission, downloading or other use or duplication of Materials from the Website by You alone, or with, or under the authority of, any other person(s), including, without limitation, any governmental agency(ies), wherein such damages include, without limitation, all direct and consequential damages directly or indirectly resulting from unauthorized downloading of Materials from the Website, including attorney’s fees.

5. NO RESALE OF SERVICE: You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service.

6. TERMINATION: M&I Productions, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the Service if it believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the User Agreement. M&I Productions shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service.

7. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION: You are responsible for canceling your membership if you do not want to remain a member. You may cancel your subscription through our authorized merchant, CCBill.com. Failure to provide accurate contact information or failure to properly request a cancellation may result in your account being charged for the entire subscription amount. Recurring memberships will automatically renew unless notice is received prior to the renewal date. www.ccbill.com. The Same is applicable if you have signed up with our alternate authorized merchant, Epoch.com which you may visit them at www.epoch.com.

8.Minimum System Requirements Windows Users: Windows Media Version 10 or higher is recommended, and a Javascript-enabled browser is required to view all the WebSites Materials.

9.Minimum System Requirements Mac Users: Mac OSX version 10.3.9 or later, QuickTime version 6.5 or later, Flip4Mac player (http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/wmcomponents.mspx).

You agree that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your computer meets the minimum system requirements, and you understand and agree that M and I Productions will not be held liable for any damages based on or arising from your failure to meet these requirements.
